These policies help maintain a professional, respectful, and predictable appointment experience.
Professional Scope
Services are professional wellness massage services only. The studio does not provide clinical care, emergency support, or services outside professional massage scope.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before the confirmed appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellation or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Comfort and Communication
Clients may ask for pressure, temperature, music, or positioning adjustments during the appointment. The therapist may adjust or stop a session when needed for safety or comfort.
Conduct
Respectful conduct is required. Requests or behavior outside professional service boundaries may result in immediate cancellation, refusal of future appointments, and applicable charges.
Contraindications
Some conditions may require postponing or modifying a massage session. Clients should consult a healthcare provider when unsure whether massage is appropriate for their circumstances.
Minors
Appointments for minors, where offered, require involvement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.
